For better results, keep meat properly wrapped and packed. Place dry ice in suitable vented bags or separate layers so it does not remain in direct contact with exposed meat. Use an insulated box or freezer and minimise unnecessary opening.

Dry ice is approximately -78.5°C and can cause cold burns. Wear insulated gloves, keep the area ventilated and never seal dry ice in an airtight container. Keep it away from children.
